Lance Appleby
Lance is a Buyer’s Specialist on The Dawn Griffin Team. An entrepreneur from a young age, Lance has extensive sales and leadership experience having owned his own business for 12 years. Lance is enthusiastic, driven, self-taught, and a true critical thinker who thoroughly researches new endeavors.
I’m an explorer by nature and one of the aspects I love best about real estate is the hunt – for the perfect home, for a great deal – I totally enjoy the challenge of finding the best possible outcome for my clients and bringing new ideas and options that they might not have thought of.
Born and raised in the Ballwin area, Lance has lived in the Shaw neighborhood for nearly ten years in a 100+ year old 2-story. He’s recently added an oversized garage and decorated his home office (Thanks, Covid!). He holds his family and friends near and dear and is a proud cancer survivor—no obstacle is too much for this guy to overcome! He’ll talk to you all day long about his pit bull Otis and don’t even get him started on the St. Louis Cardinals. Lance loves to travel and spent two months backpacking through Europe and Africa, has biked over 800 miles on Pacific Coast Highways, and completed a journey to Patagonia South America.
