Tammy Clark
Tammy is a buyer’s specialist of The Dawn Griffin Group. She brings a wealth of life experiences that inform her approach to real estate. As a military kid stationed abroad for 12 years, she had the privilege of uncovering a love of architecture and art throughout Europe. That sense of curiosity and discovery has permeated all aspects of her adult life. From the ten years she spent in the home renovation business as a hands-on project manager (learning plumbing, electrical, and framing, tiling, and trim work) to building a highly successful HVAC company from the ground up in Nashville, Tammy brings curiosity, passion, and determination to her endeavors.
My experience with home renovations and systems, combined with the business and leadership skills I’ve developed along the way, provide my clients with a unique breadth of knowledge and sense of comfort. I particularly enjoy working with first time home buyers, who really appreciate having someone with experience who can provide realistic pros and cons to renovation projects.
Though born in Spain, Tammy has spent most of her life in Missouri. She relocated to the Historic Shaw neighborhood from Nashville and in 2020 bought a ranch home in South County where she’s wrapping up a major kitchen renovation. She loves to travel and explore and during her off time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, motorcycling, and sewing.
