The city projects that once completed the development will provide roughly 4,000 jobs, increase annual visitors by a million people, and produce an annual revenue of an estimated $1.5 billion.
Chicken n Pickle opened in the development in December of 2023. The area is being developed in phases with many retail, restaurants and businesses slated for opening in 2024-2025 and beyond.
One of the highlights of the RiverPointe Development is its emphasis on outdoor living and recreation. It is bordered by the 240-mile long Katy Trail.
