At The Dawn Griffin Real Estate Group, we love showcasing the incredible clients who make our community shine. This month (when many of us are kicking off healthier habits) we’re thrilled to highlight Erin Sprehe, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) whose passion for health and wellness is matched by her remarkable expertise and dedication to helping others. Erin and her husband Jonah, have bought and sold with us multiple times and settled into a new construction home last year.
Erin’s path to becoming a nutrition expert is impressive. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama, as well as credentials as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Licensed Dietitian (LD) in Missouri. She has worked in diverse settings, including:

- Providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and their caregivers and published research on the topic
- Diabetes Outpatient Education
- Ironman Sports and Nutrition Therapy
Erin has also developed award-winning recipes for brands like Vital Farms, California Walnut Company, and Jovial Foods. Whether teaching as an adjunct nutrition instructor or crafting strategies for private clients, Erin’s dedication to her field is evident in everything she does.

A Fun and Practical Approach to Nutrition
Erin is passionate about making nutrition approachable, and her advice is as relatable as it is insightful:
- On Carbs: “Pair carbs with protein and healthy fats. This simple strategy balances blood sugar, keeps you full, and sustains energy.”
- On Shopping Smart: Erin encourages clients to shop everywhere—from local grocers and big box retailers to dollar and convenience stores. “Healthy eating doesn’t have to be expensive. It’s about knowing how to choose and pair foods wisely.”
When it comes to her toughest client—her husband, Jonah—Erin finds creative ways to keep meals healthy and exciting. His favorites? Her Greek Pork Tenderloin, Parmesan Summer Squash Crisps, and Turkey Jalapeño Popper Chili—a veggie-packed dish he loves without realizing it’s full of vitamins and fiber!
