Adjacent to the Streets of St. Charles is the St. Charles RiverPointe Development, an exciting new project set to enhance the vibrant community of St. Charles, Missouri. This master planned development was 12 years in the making. The 120-acre RiverPointe project is an ambitious mixed-use development will include offices, apartments, hotels, restaurants, and retail, all with breathtaking riverfront views. The city projects that once completed the development will provide roughly 4,000 jobs, increase annual visitors by a million people, and produce an annual revenue of an estimated $1.5 billion.
Chicken n Pickle opened in the development in December of 2023. The area is being developed in phases with many retail, restaurants and businesses slated for opening in 2024-2025 and beyond.

One of the highlights of the RiverPointe Development is its emphasis on outdoor living and recreation. It is bordered by the 240-mile long Katy Trail.
