The District

The District STL is anchored by a the outlet mall housing numerous discounted high-end designer, home and specialty stores. The Hub STL is the center of The District and offers a fabulous outdoor space with pavilion, LED screen, and stage for performance. Flanked with multiple dining and drink options, it is a great place to gather and enjoy microbrews from 4 Hands Brewing Co.. The District is also home to The Factory, which brings musical acts from all genres and comedians from across the country to Chesterfield.

Chesterfield Sports Complex

In spring of 2023, the Chesterfield Sports Association opened  97,000-square-foot facility that houses nine basketball courts that can convert into 18 volleyball courts. The Chesterfield Sports Complex expects to attract 900,000 visitors each year. through tournaments. In July 2024 it was announced that a 325,000 square-foot indoor and outdoor AAA Hockey & Futbol facility will be built in Chesterfield. The $60 million complex will be one of the largest in the Midwest. Outside the complex, there will be three turf soccer fields, concessions, a dining patio, and a children’s playground. The design features large, clear-span structures that will allow for an open interior free of obstruction in the ice rink and soccer fields.
