Heather Hays
Heather brings to us years of real estate experience from the demands of the hectic Southern California market, where she worked as a REALTOR® on a successful eXp team. She prides herself on responsiveness, the ability to create a win for all parties in the transaction and integrating Southern charm into her proven negotiation prowess. She has lived in St. Louis for a little over a year and says, “I love the the small town sensibility and urban energy here.” More on Heather here.
Karyn Applegate
Karyn is a former Dawn Griffin Group client. Lance helped her and her husband find their current home in 2020. She has a Masters in Library and Information Science and is an Interior Design adjunct at STLCC Meramec and Maryville University. Her background adds a unique dimension to her approach to real estate.
