Before launching NJL Custom Homes, he gained experience by working for over ten years with Missouri’s largest homebuilder. During this time, Nick served as a project manager and gained invaluable knowledge in all aspects of the homebuilding process. His expertise includes construction management, customer service, plan design, sales, marketing, estimating, and purchasing.
