New Construction In St. Louis
According to a recent report by the St. Louis Post Dispatch, construction of new homes increased 3.3 percent in November — with the gain largely coming from single-family houses being built at the strongest pace in more than a decade. Driving the rebound in home construction has been a shortage of existing properties being listed for sale. New construction has filled some of this gap with starts on single-family houses rising 8.7 percent so far this year. So let’s highlight some new construction in St. Louis City and County. We’ll start westward in Town and Country, heading east to the inner ring suburbs of Richmond Heights, Webster Groves and Clayton, and end up looking at some exciting new construction in the City.
