(This is when a seller receives more than one offer on the home at the same time).
Here are some tips on how to make your offer stand-out in a multiple-offer situation:

Instead of paying $50 a month to mortgage insurance, that $50/month can go to a larger loan amount giving the borrower at the $120,000 about $12,000-$15,000 cushion in their price point.
