New Listings Aug 2020

The reduction in population density would help efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19. Upperclassman have been requested to find off-campus housing. This effects about 1,600 juniors and seniors who wanted university housing this fall.

This news has left many families and students scrambling. An agent in our brokerage received over 200 texts inquiring about rentals she had in the campus vicinity.
