Soak it all in from one of three viewing area options at 5308 Chouteau’s Bluff.

The views at 5308 Chouteau’s Bluff are unarguably incredible. From three different levels you can watch wildlife and marine activity along the Mississippi River. There is no other build-able residential property on the river within city limits, making this a highly coveted place to call home.  The townhome has three bedrooms, two full and two half baths, plus a two car garage. Check out the full details and more photos here.

This Carondelet home is located in a private gated community, conveniently located right off South Broadway. Because it once existed as an independent village, the neighborhood contains some of the oldest homes in St. Louis. You may not be familiar with this pocket of St. Louis. While the idyllic location allows for maximum relaxation, there are plenty of amenities nearby or just a straight shot down S. Broadway, making 5308 Chouteau’s Bluff the perfect place to chill out, then get out!
