A lot of changes have been starting to take place over the past 6 months. I’ve been focused on creating the type of business I want this to be, and the type of service I want to provide to the clients I work with.
The first step that has made an incredibly positive difference in how I operate, was the addition of Andrea late last summer. As the Operations and Marketing Manager, Andrea’s responsible for keeping things afloat – while also being on the lookout for new ways to grow.
Fast forward a few months and we’ve added a diverse pair of buyer’s agents to the team. Judy and Lance both bring unique skills to the team, and have just the right personalities we’ve been looking for. They’re incredibly knowledgable, kind, and they share my beliefs in the things that are important to the business. I could not be more excited about what the future of this group can provide our clients!
With all of these changes we’ve been rolling out some new materials for our clients and potential clients. We have a new identity, a new name (The Dawn Griffin Group), some new business cards, and now we’ve launched the first phase of the website!
The new site is mainly focused on the team and what services we provide. It features our listings, a higher profile of the team members, and some exciting new updates and added capabilities to the blog.
Coming up next we’ll be adding some additional features to the site, including videos, and the ability to search all homes for sale (not just our listings), and much, much more.
