I have a new listing which I am SUPER excited about because properties like these don’t come up that often and when they do they are rarely in this condition or this affordable. For instance, I just did an MLS search looking for commercial spaces in 63139 and 63109. I found a total of 27 properties listed. Of the 27 only 7 seemed to fit the LIVE/WORK criteria.
